Having trouble with transfer lines being too dark on light backgrounds and then can’t erase them enough? Here is tip from Gail Anderson to try next time. Transfer the pattern lines like normal EXCEPT…. use white transfer paper instead of the grey graphite paper. Once lines are all traced, find the dustiest place in your house. If you’re like me that shouldn’t be a problem as dusting regularly is WAY down on the “To Do” list!! J Run your hand in the dust and get a coating on your palm. Go back to your painted piece and lightly run your dusty palm over the white tracing lines. The dust will adhere to the white tracing lines and create a light grey line.
